PAB’s Kuala Lumpur Sentral Station received Honorary Mention under Public & Civic Building Category.
2002 PAM Steel Roofing Award
PAB won first prize for its Kuala Lumpur Sentral Station.
1998 PAM Colourbond Award.
PAB’s TV3 Main Entrance is the winner for non-industrial category.
1991 Bandar Tun Hussein Onn for the Urban Development Authority. PAB’s masterplan for this new town received an award for ”Excellence in Planning for a Live Planning Project” from the Malaysian Institute of Planners.
1988 Bandar Sunway Ideas Competition PAB’s entry won first placing amongst the 25 entries submitted for this competition for a new township.
1986 Staff Training Centre for Bank Negara. PAB’s proposal was selected from amongst those submitted by 5 short listed firms.
1984 Ruil Valley Resort Development for Safuan Group commissioned by Lembaga Kemajuan Negeri Pahang. PAB’s submission was selected out of 5 proposals for implementation
1983 Port  Dickson  Tourism Development Study for the State Government of Negeri Sembilan and the Tourist Development Corporation of Malaysia. PAB was selected to undertake the study.
1982 Penang Indoor Stadium for Majlis Perbandaran Pulau Pinang. Design competition organised by Pertubuhan Akitek Malaysia. PAB’s entry won 1st placing.
1981 School of Medical Sciences, Universiti Science Malaysia, Kubang Kerian. PAB’s technical and financial proposal was selected by USM and the Government of Malaysia out of 5 proposals for development.
1979 Kemasin-Semerak Integrated Rural Development Study for Asian Development Bank and the Government of Malaysia. PAB’s proposal was selected by ADB and the Government of Malaysia.
