This proposed 175-bed hospital is one of the series of hospitals to be built by Kumpulan Perubatan (Johor). The building which stands 7 storeys tall with a basement parking, contain departments such as Haemodialysis, Rehabilitation, Endoscopy, Pathology, Imaging and Radiotherapy & Oncology. It also houses 35 Specialist Clinics.

Deep roof overhangs and recessed windows are designed as a response to the climatic conditions. Fairfaced bricks are incorporated into the facade to emphasise horizontality as well as to create warmth to the building. Pyramidal porch roof and curved centre facade are used to add variety to the building form.
