The review and revision of the Bayan Bay Marina &
Resort Development Masterplan was carried out to address the supply and demand
trends of the Property Market sector affected by the economic slowdown. This
resulted in a more cohesive masterplan with enhanced synergies among development
components. Emphasis was given to the residential sector and landuses which were
considered weak or seasonal in demand were reduced or earmarked for a later
development phase.
