This 5 storey development involved reusing an existing semi-completed superstructure of a proposed hospital to provide for a new 250-bed specialist facility with emphasis on maternaty care and cancer treatment for Kumpulan Perubatan (Johor).

This RM40 million project was completed in 1997.
