This project consists of a 8-storey office tower, a 2 storey podium and 1 car park basement providing a total of 140,000 sq. ft. of nett rentable  office space. Cladded in aluminum and glass panels, this building is designed with a contemporary idiom of simplicity of form to project the image of efficiency and efficacy of a corporate entity.

Completed in 1998, this building costs RM 29 million.
