Perunding Alam Bina Sdn Bhd worked in collaboration with HOK International on this proposed 5-star Hotel on Lot 1216, Jalan Imbi.

Conceived in the tradition of the grand hotels in Asia, its classically-inspired facades and formally-ordered interiors is reminiscent of the grandeur and elegance of hotels such as the Raffles in Singapore or the Peninsula in Hong Kong.   The 600-room tower is organized in a classical ’C’ shaped plan on a 5-level podium which houses the lobby, reception facilities and other services.  Ample vehicular parking is available on 4 basement levels.  The configuration of the hotel ensures that each guest room enjoys generous natural lighting and open views of vibrant Kuala Lumpur.
