Menara MAA is the new corporate headquarters of  Malaysian Alliance Assurance Berhad, one of the largest insurance companies in Malaysia. This 19 storey tower provides approximately 500,000 sq. ft. of office space, banking hall, seminar/conference facilities, a 300 seat auditorium and parking for 720 cars.

This RM 100 million project was completed in 1999.
