This RM 182 million complex involves the development of a 20 acres site in Bandar Baru Wangsa Maju consisting of Offices, Transmission, TV Studios and Production facilities for this commercial TV Station.

The project site was chosen after an extensive exercise to find a suitable prominent location on the outskirts of Kuala Lumpur city.

The Phase-I of the project was completed in March 1997.
